This website provides educational information and ways to contact Erik Miller at Patriot Home Mortgage. It does not collect mortgage applications or accept document uploads.

Telephone and email links open your device’s calling or email application. The secure application link takes you to Patriot Home Mortgage, where Patriot’s privacy policy and terms apply.

This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how the site is used and how well its advertising works. They set their own cookies and receive the page you viewed, general technical details such as browser and approximate location, and the name of an action you took — for example that a phone link was tapped or that a referral was started. They never receive anything you type. When you send Erik a note through a form on this website, your name, email, optional phone number and message are stored in the website’s database (Supabase) and delivered to Erik’s customer relationship system (HighLevel), where he reads and answers it. Nothing is collected until you press send, and a note is not a loan application. To have a note corrected or deleted, contact Erik. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
